It's a hand that can get you in trouble or pay you off. To answer your question, I would bet large on the turn unless the card is truly scary. In that case I cut down my bet amount to a little more than my flop bet to test the water. The reason I still bet here is to represent the coordination if it's not his.
If no scare card comes you bet 3/4 again. If he still calls you, then expect two pair or trips. Only truly ridiculous players or loose high stacks will call these kind of bets with a draw.
