AA - I like your bet sizing

Think about what hands he could have here, and what the benefit is of calling vs 3-betting on the flop.

AQ - In this particular situation you have the nuts. Your range is very wide (at least it should be) - he apparently realizes that... you could 3-bet/get it in pre against some opponents, but AQs flops very well - you need to play draws very aggressive, and float the right flop textures sometimes to make a call profitable.
You could raise the flop trying to represent a bluff, but calling down is fine, value bet the river if he checks most of the time.

Sets on A high boards I would either lead or c/c, and only c/r if it's like A98, 2-tone, Axx monotone, or something draw heavy, where my range is not just 80%set, 20% bluff.

KK - just bet full pot on the flop... or someting like 3.75 - then turn would be an easy shove... as played it's a little gay... I would bet close to pot again... you need to give up on some rivers though.

But I don't really dislike any of those.
Well played
