Stop And Go

I have heard many definitions of this move and I could use someone clearing it up for me.

I have heard these definitions.

You have AA

Flop comes Axx No flush no straight

You put a pot sized bet

Turn comes unimproved. You check

River doesn't improve.

You bet the pot again on the river. To make it look like a steal.

Is this what the stop and go is?
