Avoid the fast table, ldo, and use a hotkey script coupled with a joystick. It's FAR quicker than mouse/keyboard and it will avoid carpeltunnel. Also, it helps to orient your play towards simple decisions(which... yes makes you exploitable by great players - they'll put you in tough spots.. which you should be doing against other mega-tablers). It's important when you're learning not to play beyond your comfort level though, but don't get complacent. Add a table a week. I can play 20 now still evaluating each opponents hand as a properly defined range and my equity/fold equity against it.
