Help posting a card style HH

I'm having trouble posting a HH. I put it into the converter and it just comes out with a short summary that says nothing about the hand. I know I could just post raw text but either of the formats look better. Beyond putting it in the converter do I have to add anything else, like the alias's or other options. Here's an example of what I'm trying to put in.
Any ideas on my hh posting noobness.

ps - when I get this working I was going to ask on this hand if anyone thinks the bluff was good or spewing. I should keep that to the correct forum though...

As for the hand, I would raise to 4-5 on the flop if I'm going to raise(depends entirely on opp, I would probs call though), as played the turn and river bets are spew.

You need to be careful with tens. The converter wont recognize

You can, and should generally, convert the hands using a converter. But those codes are good to know and really do come in handy.
