I am by no means an expert, but one stat caught my attention. That said, I would suggest you steal the blinds more.

Of course the better players will have more to say.

Since you're playing a relatively small % of hands, you're raise % seems to be on the low side. Still, it's certainly possible to beat the micros with such stats, which suggests other reasons are also affecting your results, reasons that may not be as evident in your stats. One possible example is not getting enough value from your winning hands. Another is the opposite, paying off too much when you lose.

Well if I had to say one thing from that image it's that you should be stealing more.

Use the button better and open a wider range when it's folded to you, position is so important in this game.

Also review hands where you called a raise preflop, often people lose money when not the aggressor.

Keep at it man. You are very persistent and seem eager to learn -this is good. Getting better a poker is a never ending, long process. It is slow, but rewarding. Just take your time, you can't learn everything overnight but you can improve gradually. GL.

    I agree with Micro2Macro.

Is 18000 hands all you've played? Come back and bitch if you're still as bad after another 100,000. Practise makes perfect.

First observations from your stats, and please don't go nuts trying to apply these either wholesale all-at-once, or over-the-top.

    1. You're playing VERY tight. That said, at first, this is probably better than the alternative. It's good that your PFR is nearly as big as your VPIP, but you could profitably play more hands. You probably want to be generally as tight as you are being now in EP, but looser in late position when you are first to open the pot. Are you playing full ring, or 6max? If full ring, I don't know whether you are much too tight, if 6max you are, but if full ring then probably you only need to loosen up just a tiny bit.

    2. You fold to steal a bit much, but don't take that as a priority, since the last thing you want to do right now if you feel like your poker sucks is start playing more marginal hands out of position. You could mix in an occasional somewhat light 3bet from the blinds against looser, more agressive oponents who've opened from the cutoff or button. Do it with the best hands that you'd otherwise fold. When you do it, don't get over-commited to your hand just because you 3bet it, but also don't be afraid to cbet or raise the flop quite big to end the hand, but if you encounter resistance post flop after cbetting or raising, at 4nl, you are done with the hand and should fold.

    3. You are folding to flop cbets too much, opponents with cbet stats higher than 50% on the flop are taking liberties with you, and you keep rolling over. That said, it look from your stats, with PFR nearly as big as VPIP, that this is a spot you don't get into often where you are passively calling to play fit-or-fold at the flop, so that is excellent, and it may be that you should not consider this a problem at all. Just because you fold to flop cbets a lot, it's not necessarily a problem if you very rarely see a flop and face a cbet.

Honestly, the best thing you can do if you've already read some books is play, play, play. Analyse your sessions afterwards, keep posting here, but most of all play a lot, since you need to see A LOT of hands to start knowing how to play poker. I've no idea how many hands I've played in total since I didn't used to keep very good records and have lost multiple PT databases in the past, but it's probably getting on for, if not more than half a million, and I still only just beat 25NL right now after a break from poker, so it takes more experience than you think to get any good if you are worried that you're shit after a few tens of thousands of hands then you need to cut yourself some slack and acknowledge that improvement takes time. Most of the really solid players here probably have millions of hands.

You are also not as bad as you think. If you're only down just over 1bb/100 over 18,000 hands, then you are beating the game if it was unraked. That you have got to this point puts you in the top 10% of players, probably in the top 5% at 4nl, so to have got this far in 18,000 hands is really pretty good in a sense. Obviously you want to start winning overall, but I seriously doubt that you haven't made any progress since 17,000 hands ago.

Keep at it - you are obviously motivated, you post stuff that shows you don't have a big ego and are willing to take criticism and look a fool, so you will definitely get good with those qualities if you keep chipping away at it.

EDIT: If you like, I will do a skype screen sharing session with you, and sweat your hand histories. It'll help you, and it'll help me by clarifying for me how some of my thought processes work when I'm applying them to someone elses play. If you think it might help, send me a PM with your email or skype and I'll get in touch so we can arrange something.
