Just look at the hands you lost, did u get your money in good? If you did and u still lost the hand then that's nothing to get upset about. YOu know u just have to keep playing and u'll make money.

I moved up to 5NL a little while ago and I went on a brutal slump as well. I was running bad, playing bad, and sometimes tilting and I went down from 150 to like 88 or something.

I knew there was no way in hell i was gonna lose my whole roll here b/c i saw how these guys were playing against me and winning. Anyways things went my way for a month. ...won like 10 sessions in a row at one point and got up to 200. Point is...it can turn around just as quickly so def don't be so hasty to move down.
