1 = something needs to change re making sure the games are played within a reasonable time period - this was a major fuckup with the last BC HU tourney. However, i cannot think of a good solution right now
2 = the last time around i felt bad about all games i won except for vs M2M cos there is a definite difference between a 2nl beginner and, e.g. a 200nl HU reg (I see at least one in the list of entrants so far). This difference is magnified when you consider the % of bankroll involved AS WELL as the difference in skill level. Basically, entering thist is a dumb waste of money for most players at 25nl and below unless there is some sort of filter on who enters. Like, really, my advice to a 10nl player trying to move up = don't waste 1.5 buyins. I think noofy is smart to be so frooooooooogal

But it's going to be a bit of fun. I'll also offer to review any match with any opponent, this element is obv a plus for entering and using 1.5BIs.

Observations and questions. Just axxin, so don't get tilty.

The FTR Forum describes the BC as "25NL and lower". OBV, advice from 50NL+ players is +ev for the BC. Playing against them..... not so much.

Regarding the knockout structure, is that single elimination?

Regarding the payouts? Is this an established payout structure? It seems like the winner could win less and still be happy, allowing more payouts.
