In some situations folding it might be a wise choice but it's all based on reads you have on those players. The reason why folding it would be a bad idea is because:
1- Those two players most likely have cards like AK, AQ, or AJ so you know that only two aces in the deck can cripple you. Not only that, there might have been someone else on the table with A but a low kicker like A4, A6 etc who folded.
2- If they have pockets, you're in the lead. The only hand that will dominate you is AA, that's why you need to have a good read before laying your KK down.
3- If it was a tournament laying KK down would not be a wise choice assuming you have more chips than them. If those two were short stacks then you have a good chance of taking both of them out while if they do beat you, you won't suffer as much.
