First 100k hands in 25NL- Stats checkup

I ran decent the first 65k hands, break even the last 35k where I was/am working on expanding my range, raising my ATS/3-bet. Its definitely been a learning curve. Any criticisms would be appreciated







Notes:
1. I am running 15/13/2.8 with 40% ATS over the last 10k hands.
2. I am having some issues with tilt but it I am getting better at controlling my emotions. Only 4 definite period of tilt over the 100k hands.
3. I am break even with AKs. I was doing a lot of calling with it in the wrong spots and now recognize I was missing a ton of spots to 3-bet it instead. My 3-bet is now over 4% over the past few days and my red line is improving as a result.
4. I have cashed out the entire 1k I've made as I know I am not ready for 50NL yet. I want to grind it another 100k hands or at least until I am confident I am ready to move up. Current BR is $1,100.

Personally, I'd make the jump to 50NL. It's still full of fish (most of whom are the regs) though I might like to have a better winrate @25NL first. How many tables are you playing?

If you think tilt is an issue, I would either watch Jared Tendlers videos on Stox poker or Tommy Angelo's vids on Deuces cracked. If you don't have a membership to a video training site I would suggest getting one now with some of the winnings. Deuces cracked would be my first choice for your stakes and level.

filter out your most recent hands where you're playing looser if you want to actually get something out of this.

post some AK hands where you lost some money etc.

Bollocks: I played some at 50NL when my BR was 1,500. I felt like I was playing scared money, though and moved back down. I am trying another shot once I hit a little over 2k.

Jyms: I never heard of that site, I see they have a 7 day trial. I'll give it a shot, thanks for the heads up.

Micro: I will play a few more thousand hands with the looser style for sample size sake then post another checkup. I looked through my AK hands and really, I haven't lost a lot of big pots with it. I think I am just way too passive with it and play fit or fold too much. I will keep reviewing them and post a couple of examples.

But seriously, based on # of hands, win-rate, and hourly rate, I get the impression you play too many tables and autopilot. Cut back on tables and learn how to beat this stake comfortably and then move up OR gradually add tables till you can then beat it similarly. Rinse and repeat.

Surely that is a serious impediment to learning which is by definition an impediment to moving up?
