Evaluate my line in this hand

Fold pre, fold flop, c-fold turn

Folding pre is completely ridiculous and awful. If you lose more than 50BB/100 playing this spot, you are seriously dreadful at poker! I doubt anyone reading this does.

I like leading flop with decent equity and good chance of picking it up. Don't like messing vs this c bet size 3 way on this board vs UTG open. If you do mess, it's too big as you aren't folding out overpairs so power min raise to target the weaker stuff, but yeah don't raise.

c/f turn to any bet you can't call, fold equity is extremely minimal to non existent.

It is absolutely no such thing. You are out of position, you have a marginal hand that doesn't play very well multiway (especially oop), you don't have the lead and worst of all, you have absolutely no idea who you're playing against.

Folding is just fine and very likely the best alternative for most if not all 10nl players. Just look at how hard this particular hand was butchered. It's just awful from start to finish.
