Yeah some suggested a feature to add to Tilt Demon where it would stop you checking your balance during a session, like it or not how much were up or down does influence our decisions and as you point out thats not a good thing. Now since the $won and bb/100 show up in so many tabs in Holdem Manager it would be extremely hard to physically block it so my idea was to offer a setting in full tilt where you could set it to block seeing the $won or bb/100 for the next 30,60,90 mins or whatever you specify. During this time Tiltdemon will inject bogus hands every 20-40 hands played with a random amount won or lost between 20-80bb. So you can feel free to check the $won and lost if you want but it wont be any way accurate, it could be +300bb or -300bb or even more or less, so it is pointless to bother checking and the plan would be after a while youd get into a routine of not checking as its a waste of time.

After the 1 hour or whatever time you specified is up you will get a notification and it will automatically purge the bogus hand histories and your balance can now be checked. This seems like the best solution i can think of currently. The guys at holdem manager would be able to access the backend code and offer and option to not show the balance for x amount of time but since there already extremely busy i dont think its something well soon so i think it would be a useful addition to Tilt Demon.
