I use spade eye. You leave it running and it just monitors tables so you have a large number of hands to note how your opponents play.
In 400nl+ but especially 1knl+ games it helps because you can have a good idea of how your opponents play without having to figure it out.

Spade eye doesnt work with pokerroom, and i dont think idleminer does either (but i may be wrong)
I have pacific/bodog/UB handgrabbers too for my database but they are seperate programs for when i sue those sites.

I think when you move up to 400nl then mining is worth it otherwise at 200nl it shouldnt be as a decent tagg can still beat these games.

Edit: i dont know of a sotware that mines pokerroom but othrs may know better!
