most of what im about to say comes from Professional No-Limit hold'em, if you haven't read it yet please do so. Basically when you have a big pocket pair like this you want a very low stack to pot ratio that essentially commits you to the pot and earns you the most money in the long run.
The side benefit of this is by raising more pre-flop, good players with lower pairs will tend to fold rather than set mine because you've priced them out. And don't worry donks will still play with you and pay you off.
