Maybe I'm in an impatient mood (if so, I apologize), but come on guys, Les_worm took the time and made the effort to give you a very good definition for both, and you're still speculating.

Not only that, do a search for 'cold call' in these forums before posing the original question and you would have had your answer.

Give him a break, he still wasn't sure what the answer to his question was so he asked a follow up question to be sure he had the right idea.

If everytime someone askes a question and you guys yell at him, we wont have any more discussion on this forum at all.
