can somebody PLEASE HELP

I am having the hardest time! I recently reformatted and am trying to get Poker Tracker 3 working...can someone pop into the "poker chat" and help me out?

Uh oh. What's your Operating System? When you say "reformat" did you "restore" your computer with a "rescue" disk from the manufacturer, or install the OS onto a blank disk? If you had a retail computer that used a "rescue" disk, is there a "drivers" disk? Did you load it? Did you upgrade your OS from the original, and install Poker Tracker after that? If you installed it before the upgrade did you have to reinstall? (that's a common problem with VISTA, which moves system folders and files when you upgrade, so you have to reinstall a lot of your apps so they can find their files and folders). Finally is Poker Tracker, whatever that is, compatible with late versions of your poker software? Gosh computers can be frustrating, can't they?
