 In short, yes. 
 
5/10 NL is considered high stakes. To have the same amount on the line in limit, you'd have to be playing stakes greater than 25/50. Also, winrates differ in NL. A good player may make 10BB(big bets)/100 or more in NL. In limit a good player is making 3BB/100. So from that, a good NL player at 5/10 could well be making $200/100 hands. That's roughly the same as 30/60 limit if my estimates are right.
