In NL 6m I like to say that you don't defend blinds, but it's ok to steal them. I don't defend against a steal, I 3bet a steal.

The question you should be asking is "how do we decide who is stealing and who is not?" or "What value is there in 3betting loose stealers?" or anything else along those lines that will get you to where you need to be thinking.
