villain is a hungarian reg, 14-10-4, 6% 3b from both bu and bb. He usually plays 100bb, playing 80bb across 20 tables right now => maybe he's running thin on bankroll. 70% w$wsd, that type of player. He can 3b 99+ and AQs in this spot (history)
4b sizing? he sees me as 60% fold to 3b, 14% raise vs 3b.

seems like an iffy spot. how light is he realy going to be vs your EP open. I hardly think it'll be light enuf to stick it in blindly. I wouldn't mind calling here. Ur sooted. If he turns hand like AJ in a 3 bet bluffish type of hand then u could be in for winning big.
4 betting might have it's merits but keep in mind someone who 3 bets regulary in the BB isn't necessarily doing it light vs an EP open. It might be the kind of action he is hoping for if you 4 bet here. 3 bet stats aren't that reliable in the BB if they aren't super specific like ' 3bets BB vs MP open'. IF you got stats on that i guess it would make your life easier. calling can never be baddish if you play it ok postflop.

most important thing to me is you have a premium u got position and it's sooted which adds playability. It's not a snap 4 bet for me.

good point, villain is 13% 3b from bb vs steal = obviously his 3b bb vs ep is going to be less then 6%

I'm taking a flop with this hand because 4bing is turning our hand into a bluff, bluffing with AQo might be good but we need to know how much of his range he is folding obv.
On top of this we have a cheap call + position.

flattings cool, we have position and were soooted..we crush the AQ in his range etc.
