i don't like flatting the flop donk from the nit with a bunch of fish behind us. if the bet were closer to the size of the pot, i would be able to stomach it more, but since it's just half the pot there are a few things here.
FIRST: we're giving the fish behind us the right odds to call and even though there aren't TOO many scare cards to come, i still don't think it is +EV to let them see a cheap turn.
SECOND: the nit is clearly not bluffing. he's donking in a multi-way pot and only betting half the pot, so he's trying to get value (or he's making a stop bet, but either way we want his money now), so i don't expect him to fold to a raise.
If you really want to keep the fish in, you can make a small raise (4-5 dollars), but i really don't like getting such little value out of this flop
