3 Hands, 2 good 1 bad, or so I think, prove me wrong

Set up: Villain is 27/13/0 over 84 hands, no other notes.
Logic:

Pre Flop: This is my standard re raise 3x-4x

Flop: My plan is to be until there is reason for me to stop.
Turn: Someone who raises 13% has a lot of hands but at this point his reraise can be a bluff or AA,KK,QQ,AQ,22,55,99. So if I stove it I get.

My pot odds are 2.3 so easy call. Correct? During this play I had no idea how close the equities were but i thought about it for a very long time and made the call with 5 seconds to go. Is there any other way I should be looking at this?

Logic:

PRF: Standard Raise
Flop: I think I might be better betting pot instead of 50 since most poeple who will call 50 will call 65 and building a pot where I want to be able to go in is good.
Turn: If I am behind Any queen, four, nine, or eight will give me a nut unless he has a set of queens. Thus my chances to complete my house is (3+3+1+3) 10/46 or 4.6:1. (Math is right???). the pot is laying me 4.65. Thus, I am okay to call here.
River: I didn't complete and I need to be correct at least 26% of the time to show a profit, which giving the way this hand played out he has a straight here 75% of the time. Plus the chances of a higher set. I fold.

Logic:
Villain is 19/6/3 over 214 hands. Therefore, him calling the flop raise, which I generally never make (I fold Ajo UTG and UTG +1), means he has 22+kts,jqs,kqs,aq,ak,maybe aj, so the river raise surprised me and I think I should have bet bigger. But Only kj pays me off here so it should be a clear fold. The only way I should make this call if I someone how include kk-aa in his range. Either way I think this was poorly played.

Hand 1: fine, but you have to wonder why, if he has AQ, he chose not to raise the flop but raise the turn instead, after you showed strength by betting again. Also, would he not have re-raised preflop with QQ+? Note that some players will also try this line with a flush draw. Basically they are facing a bet on the turn that they cannot call based on pot odds, so they are raising big to try and pick up some fold equity.

Hand 2: fine, and this is the perfect example of why min raising is a horrible play. Seems fair enough to fold the river in this spot.

Hand 3: looks like a set miner who hit his set and filled on the turn, or a Jx. Since he is on the button, you have to widen his preflop calling range a bit and I think you can include stuff like JT, J9, J8s in his range. I would have bet more on the flop, why did you bet only half pot? I'd probably have bet a little more on the turn as well. I think flat the min raise on the turn is OK, but probably check river and call a reasonable bet.

Hand 3: The river is an easy call. Put him on a range! Your flop bet should be bigger. To give you an idea of why, consider the odds you're giving him to call.
