1) I think it's OK to 3b this pre against a tight opener and a fish. You have a good chance to iso the fish. Obv. fold to a 4b.
2) Fold flop. Your equity vs his range is only 40% and it's not as if it were calling an all-in. There is a lot of potential betting to come on the turn and the river, and if you decide to call the flop you pretty much have to keep calling. Besides, nothing says that MP1 is giving up on the flop. He just raised from UTG+2, and cbet OOP vs 2, not exactly a weak line for a tight player.

fold as played.... i dont mind the odd flat here cos if u hit gin on the flop against a nit with a fish inbetween then happy times.. 3bet pre would be my std line here though, fold if nit 4bets and i'd welcome fish coming along with a call obv...
