[2NL] 9To, missing value on river?

I'm overbetting flop b/c if he has any piece, he wont fold.
Also raising bigger on turn.

I'm not folding the river, just not sure of raising.....maybe listen to everyone else.

I like raising river instead of a call. And if we're raising, I like a jam rather than a small raise. I just can't see this being a flush often enough based on villain's stats. If he's calling a raise with a weaker hand he'll call a jam imo. and yeah, raise more on turn.
