$25NL Ugly spot deep against AGGRO..

Villian running 43/28/3.6 with 11% 3-bet over 140 hands. Was just crazy aggressive. He's already coolered me once when I ran into his AA with QQ. If he's paying any attention (doubtful) I've been running around 22/17 and fairly aggressive in LP.

This was such a tough spot. Flop decision is probably the hardest, so I'll start there...

How is this not an instant shove?
If you don't think he will Stack off with Ax here, and only call when he has you beat, I guess you can flat call and hope for no heart, no T, no K. I think chance are good enough that he has AT, AK, or maybe Kx of hearts, Tx of hearts. 2 Pair would be a cooler.
If he flopped the nuts: draw out.

Call. Keep his range wide and play some poker in position. Stacks are probably too deep to felt this on the flop and I'm not sure how happy I am vs. his stack off range. I've seen much aggressor so don't think he's a COMPLETE spewtard.

I'd like to know about his 3betting range. It really isn't that crazy at all (11%) over that short period of hands but if he's 3betting more polarized then it definitely scares me more since he's calling more hands like AJ, AQ, KT and Axs preflop.

i really want to 3 bet him since there are so many hands that will peel.

Have u seen any c/r'd hands of his go to showdown yet? Would be good to know what sort of hands he does it with. I mean, he can't have a set here and a better 2purr is doubtful. I'd prob call and see what develops.

I've seen him 3-bet Preflop exactly 3 times that went to showdown... once with AA, once with KK, and once with QQ... nearly EVERY showdown he's had has been very solid with only 1 or 2 exceptions.

Shoving here is OMG dumb IMO. I thought a 3-bet here would commit me too hard, and I definitely don't like a lot of cards to come on the turn or river...

So stacking off on the flop is bad but stacking off unimproved on the turn is good? I think he calls 3 bets on the flop with AT/AK/A x which probably feel less committed by the turn. Really, we're only afraid of AJ and KT. And I think both those hands probably tend to put in more than a half-ish pot bet on the turn.

If you're so convinced that he's solid just call and call. But I still think 3betting the flop was the best move.

I agree with this. If I wasn't willing to stack off on the flop, then I shouldn't be stacking off on the turn either, right? I'm really trying just to put him on AXhh here, but this isn't the first time I've seen him bet down for value with a monster... ugh...
