$20nl cash game

ive just recently start playing $20nl cash i run very well for the first few hours playing 2 or 3 tables. i occassionaly bust but more often ive 3 to 4 buyins. i keep playing but eventually bust by a bad beat then i tilt and blow off the rest find it hard to leave the table with so many fish about donkin of their chips. when ive made a bit of profit should i leave the table like double or treble a buyin or what? curious to no when its time to move to another table?

your tilting issue just shows lack of emotional control, it has nothing to do with moving to another table
